Morabito Lawn & Tree Care sends text message updates and responses to customers about pricing and products offered at www.morabitolawnandtreecare.com.

• Opt-In and Confirmation
  When you opt in to our text message service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Morabito Lawn & Tree Care. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

• Transactional SMS
  By providing your phone number through our contact form, you agree to receive transactional text messages (SMS) from Morabito Lawn & Tree Care, including visit reminders and other service-related communications.

• Marketing SMS
  You may separately consent to receive marketing SMS messages from Morabito Lawn & Tree Care by checking the applicable opt-in box on our contact form.

• How to Cancel
  You may cancel this service at any time by texting STOP to 518-567-7150. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us after that point. If you wish to re-enroll, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

  If you are unsure what keywords are supported, text HELP to 518-567-7150 at any time. We will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Data Sharing
  We do not sell or share your phone number or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties and are exempt from any data-sharing arrangements. We may share mobile information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors solely as necessary to deliver messages on our behalf. We may also disclose information as required to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

Unauthorized access to the Customer Portal, any attempt to access another user's account, or any misuse of portal credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access, civil liability, or criminal prosecution under applicable law. Morabito Lawn & Tree Care is not responsible for any disruption, error, or data loss arising from your use of the Customer Portal or from any acts or omissions of Jobber as a third-party service provider.
